The Last Chair

The Last Chair is a Virtual Reality documentary about the last stage of life. With a mix of 360º video, audio, and animation you step into the daily life of Annie, Fred and Egbert. You find yourself in the chair in which the senior spends more and more time during the last years of their lives. From this seat, with the most necessary items at your fingertips, you look back on the life lived and forward to the coming death. Life seems to have reduced itself to the space where you are; a small farmer kitchen, a lush garden, a crowded living room, but the world of thought appears infinite.
